| Experience The Adventure Of A LifetimeAll of our safaris are tailor made, and almost all are private groups. We work with our clients long before they arrive in the country to ensure that we are going to give them what they want. We communicate by Email and we chat on the phone. We ask questions, we discuss, we make suggestions. And we understand that what may be perfect for one client may not be ideal for another. All of this may take a bit of time, but it helps us to get to know you, and it means that your safari will be designed just for you.
Our safaris range anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks taking in the
diversity that is Uganda, from the dry vastness of Kidepo in the
north, the savannah plains of Queen Elizabeth, the riparian forest
and savannah valley of Semliki, the mighty Nile at Murchison Falls,
to the tropical rainforest of Bwindi.
We may cost a little more than some other safari companies, but
for personal attention, years of experience, attention to detail
and superior guiding
isn't it worth a little more?
Whether this is your first trip to Africa or your tenth, your honeymoon,
a family reunion, a romantic trip or a good old adventure, we want
to get it right for you. Contact
us and let us put together the trip of
a lifetime for you.
What We Bring To Our Safaris
| |
Personal Service |
| |
We work with you to design the trip to your specifications.
No scheduled departures, no lack of flexibility. This is Your
holiday
|
|
Superior Vehicles |
| |
We have Land Cruisers and Land Rovers, specially designed
for safaris and wildlife viewing. We have full time mechanics
who are servicing our vehicles all the time. We don't think
breaking down on an African roadside is an integral part of
a safari...
The vehicles are designed for safaris with loads of leg room
and two viewing hatches in the roof with padded bottoms for
roof riding. Safaris shouldn't hurt and we don't think that
being crammed into a minivan is the best way to see a country!

Experience |
| |
We live here and we live here full time. Most of us grew up
here. But we also have lived in Europe and North America so
we know what comfort and service are all about. |
|
Knowledge |
| |
Our involvement with Uganda's National Parks and its wildlife
goes beyond just safaris. We are involved with day to day operations
in Uganda's parks and with preserving these resources for generations. |
|
Local Know-How |
| |
Our travels all over the country means that we meet people
from all corners of Uganda. We have access to information, stories,
traditions, news, heritage, and all the little things that make
a visit to a new country special. |
 |
 |
| Adventure | Uganda is a feast for all of your senses. The smells, the sounds, the tastes... and we want to be able to share this with you.
The Uganda Safari Company is a family business, run by people with a true love and affinity for this country, its people and its natural resources.

| They Said It... |
"Jonathan and Pamela put
together one of the most memorable experiences of our life. We
thank everyone for their compassion, expertise and professionalism
in making our safari so wonderful".
-John and Sheila Davis, USA
"We already miss Uganda
and wish we could head back immediately! We are thinking of our
wonder-guide and really enjoyed his company. Thanks so much for
an amazing introduction to the thrill of safaris. We hope to plan
another soon. Our memories are forever engraved..."
-The Andrew Family
"I would like to thank
you for the wonderful trip you put together for us. I have come
back with renewed vigour and have sung the praises of Uganda and
what it has to offer".
-R. Clifford, UK
"I cannot thank you enough
for the wonderful safari. It has left me with fantastic memories
- what a shame it had to come to an end. I never realised beforehand
the variety of things that Uganda has to offer in both scenery
and wildlife. I always thought gorillas were the main attraction,
how ignorant I was to the country's full potential!"
-J. Coles, UK
"The
most fantastic trip! In fact, the best trip I have
ever done. Uganda is so very different to what
I thought it would be. Thank you for looking after
us so well".
-B. Cohen
